rear inside panel wavy

hey everyone, ive owned a Jayco jay flight 32bhds from new in 2012.. just picked up from storage and slid out the two slides and noticed a lower panel about 12 inches tall and the width of the rear wall on right side is wavy just where right side and rear wall meet in corner, upper panel piece show no signs of any leaking and theres no water stains in waves in panel. does this lower piece come out easy by removing trim horizonal piece that is above the 12 inch piece and the width or rear wall only looked outside buy didnt see any signs of missing caulk or sealant
