update

Hi everyone
I left it plugged in al weekend and still basically no cooling at all. I finally found the knob on the back of the frig and it was set @ 4 like you said, so I turned it up to 6 to see if anything happens. Boy they sure don't want you to get at that knob easily do they. Thanks so much for your patience and help I let you know what happens
Chuck

Well this is very interesting about the little fridge. When we picked up our trailer it wasn't installed (no where to be seen) so when we took the trailer back for warranty work they installed the fridge. Got it home and hubby took all of the paneling off as it took up too much room. We unplugged the fridge but now I think we need to plug it back in and see how it works. I was hoping we could use this for pop and beer but doesn't sound like it will do the job.

Hi
After 24 plus hours on 6 it feel slightly cool t the touch but nothing like it could keep anything cool. I am going to go back to the dealer and see if it is warranted since it is only a year old. What a bummer. Thanks all for your help
Happy trailering
Chuck

I would talk to the dealer as well. Keep us posted and I will try to find time to plug mine in and post up what temp it drops to this week.

I just brought my fridge in and they got me a new one, not sure the brand, but its on the outside kitchen on 2014 334 and the compressor ran for a week and it never got cold, the new one keeps my beers ice cold.

Mine will freeze water and cokes if I leave it turned up all the way. I usually turn it the highest setting and when it gets cold and turn it down a little.

Mine seems to cool right down. I put a fridge thermometer in it and it got to 40 degrees in no time at all. Our dial is on the inside of the refrigerator, so don't know if they upgraded them or not.

Ok, last post for me. My earlier statement that it takes hours for this fridge to cool down is not accurate. I based that statement on other posts I have read. Maybe my fridge is the exception and not the rule. Here's what I found today.

Plugged the camper in at 4:28pm and had already adjusted the temp knob from 4 (where it was from the factory) to 5 1/2. I checked it at 5:26pm and it was already down to 30 degrees. So only took 1 hour to get to freezing. I then turned the knob to 5 and checked it just before 7pm and it was still at 30 degrees. So these fridges do work and they do work well. Mine can be turned up (colder) to 7 and I'm getting around 30 degrees at only 5. Anyone who says they dont get cold has a broke one and should have taken it to the dealer during the warranty period in my humble opinion. And maybe I'm just lucky mine cooled in an hour to 30 degrees.

So Chuck definitely get yours replaced. Here are my pics at 5:26pm and just before 7pm.

This may sound like a crazy question, but is it ok to run these refrigerators with the slam latch doors shut? Is there enough ventilation for them to run safely?
