Refrigerator too cold

Anyone struggle with their refrigerator temp being too cold? We have it turned up as high as possible and the temp still hovers in the high 20's.

Inside the fridge portion at the top back are some fins.. on one of the fins is a little sensor moving it up or down adjusts the temp inside the fridge..

Usually, the higher the number, the colder the fridge.

In my experience, the MFG will put a 1-10 (or fewer) and the low numbers are the 'weaker' therefore warmer temperature settings.

Seann, didn't know that. Thanks for posting. Ours is fine but it's nice to know.

Op, never had that problem. Our fridge has settings 1-5 I believe. I know 1 is the warmest setting and 5 is the coldest. We usually have ours on 4.

Fridge sensors

Those sensors go bad too. I had to replace one after only a year and a half. Same problem- fridge was freezing everything put in it.
