Refrigerator won’t work on power only gas

Dometic refrigerator. When put on auto runs on gas. It won’t switch to electric when plugged in.

Has it ever worked on 120 volts AC? Have you opened the outside access panel and verified it’s plugged into the 120VAC outlet? Is the circuit tripped, been reset?

As mentioned above. Plug something into the fridge receptacle to verify power.

Have you opened the outside lower access panel and verified there is power at the outlet?

To my knowledge all RV 2 way frigs are daisy chained to a GFI outlet.

It worked previously. We will verify the plug from the outside after we get home later today. Thanks

Plugged into outlet that has power. Can hear it running but not cooling. Element issue?

See attached docs on troubleshooting the fridge. Yes the 120 volt heating element could be at fault. Could be other things too.
