Exclamation Removing the heater on a 174 bunkhouse under the bench seat

How do I remove the furnace under the bench seat on a 174 bunkhouse

Most trailers have an access panel that is screwed in with #2 square head screws.

X2, remove the mattress, and I suspect the plywood will be split. Just need to remove a couple #2 screws. My WH is setup this way, I left the screws out, so I have easy access to the area.

Before attempting to remove the furnace from its location, first remove the 'outside' furnace exhaust pipe assembly (4 screws) from the outside wall.

Once the furnace is re-installed, then re-install the exhaust pipe assembly.
