Lightbulb Replacing Light Bulb Above Kitchen Sink

In our 2014 Jayco Swift 267BHS there are two lights that accent the kitchen area very nice. Well one of them is burnt out and I was wondering if anyone knew how to take off the cover for the light? It seems like it is permently fixed, but there must be a way to remove it to replace the bulb.

Any help would be much appreicated!

It just pulls off. You may want to wedge a strong flat plastic object into one side of the cover and GENTLY pry the piece loose. I was able to use my fingers, but it wasn't easy.

The covers on mine are frosted glass with a lip around the edge held in by spring clips, but the glass is pretty thick, so I would imagine hard to break. I've had them off several times, and never broken one.

While you're up there, I would consider replacing the halogens with LED; MUCH cooler running temp.

Replacing lights

I found it's easy to get the cover off by sliding it slightly sideways and then dropping it down. My problem is that I can't figure out how to unplug the light so as to replace it. Any suggestions?
