Thumbs down Reprogramming my remote control

Hi, we have a 28 foot 2014 fifth wheel. Jayo recently replaced my remote control under warranty. However they gave me no instructions on how to reprogram that remote control. On the back of the remote control, limited learning instructions state that I have to find the relay module. Jayo says is either located behind the microwave or behind the cabinets over the sink. It's not there. Can anyone tell me what this thing looks like and where else it might be located?

Probably the 6 in 1 remote that controls the slides, outside lights, awning, etc.

This should be a good thread. There is nothing about this remote control posted anywhere, including the owners manual.

I have a North Point fiver that uses the remote system. All I want to do is change the pin code and can't figure out how to do that either!

Good luck!

I'm not sure which remote you may have but I think the link below is for the remote they are including in new rigs today.

Here is a link to an owners manual.

It's the remote control module that pairs with the remote, that operates Slideouts porch light, awning and the front lift Jack's

You are exactly right. Where is the learning relay module located? Is not behind the microwave or in the cabinets above sink.

If you have a 2014, you probably have the older style remote. On my 2015 351RSTS, I found the button on a board mounted behind the panel in the storage area. There's a small yellow light in the lower right corner with a small black button adjacent to it. Press the black button until the yellow light blinks. Press the ON/OFF button on the remote until the light goes solid yellow and you're done.
