Roof advice

Hey everyone I just washed up the TT and was checking out the roof. Is there anything that I should be doing on a yearly basis to keep the roof in excellent condition?

use a mild soap/cleaner and soft brissle brush to clean off any dirt, mold etc then treat it with a protectant/conditioner designed for your type of roof. while your up there check all your seams, vents etc for any cracking sealant and re-apply as necessary to ensure a water tight roof.

Just follow the manufacturers recommendations. If your roof is an Alphs Systems product you simply need to wash it 3 or 4 times per year with a mild soap solution like water and Spic and Span. No protectants or sealants are recommended. Check the sealant on all the seams and entry points for wires and around vents. If it is cracked remove any loose stuff and reseal with an approved sealant.

Nothing major and no magical products required.
