I also sealed the back corner where the wrinkles were. Now that is the original roof wrinkling not the coating but i believe maybe manufacture error.. You can see where i peeled up the coating a little and the orignal rubber looks to be tucked under molding. Seems dry and solid. I just put a bunch of dicor over that as well. Again not pretty but i think its sealed up good. Did i over do it with the dicor? I didnt know how think to put it on..

I'm working on above gutter now. As I'm peeling silicone off its pulling the protective coat up too. Rather then seal it back down I'm peeling it up a little so the sealant will be on the real rubber roof. I feel if I seal back down the coating when it peels from above water will get through and have to do the job all over again. Think I'm just gonna razor off the excess. Hope this is a good plan.

Looks good! I don't think you can over do it with the Dicor, the more the merrier. Plus no ones gonna see it but you. I'm thinking the original owner didn't prep the roof properly that's why the coating is peeling up. It does however make one ask the question of why he did it the first place especially if the original roof looks good. Glad you didn't find any water problems. You're doing the right thing here and setting a good example for other owners to check their roof often. Water is the enemy.
