There are are pre-mixed liquids cleaners that can be purchased. I use Ajax powder and scrub with a brush. I have used both successfully. No matter what you use, be sure to rinse the top and sides well when done.

I've had good success using Clorox Cleanup.



Spray on, scrub with stiff bristled brush, then spray again and scrub with soft bristled brush. Rinse thoroughly. Make sure you rinse the sides of the trailer as soon as you get off the roof.

Whatever you use, make SURE there are no petroleum products in it. Petroleum will cause the rubber to degrade and GREATLY shorten the life of the roof membrane.
