I assume you are talking thousands to replace and repair the roof. Time to consider consulting an attorney. At the very least get the inspection reports in writing, on letterheads with clear dates and signatures.
Send copies and clear letters to Jayco, not emails or calls at this point. Use return receipt requested to prove your notification of defects. Make sure the dealer is qualified and a Jayco dealer.
Consider getting a second opinion/estimate from a second source.
