Roof repair questions

We have a 2016 287BHSW that we picked up in March. I noticed a couple of roof rips near the back edge. I'm prepared to repair them with Eternabond across the whole back edge but before I do I wanted to check and see if there are any other concerns. IE is this something I should bring up to the dealer or consider it a one off and forget it?

What do you think?

That looks like a hose was dragged across it.

You could be right. There's a flashing underneath that is a little raised. I am thinking if I don't do Eternabond across the whole edge it will eventually tear in other places.

Agree, I would run a 4 or 6" piece all the way overlapping it down the middle of the tape and run a small bead of caulk across the top edge on the roof to keep it from catching wind or a small branch.
