Roof treatment for 2008 JayFeather 213 EXP

Hi Folks,

We purchased this unit about 3 months ago and it's been great. There are no water leaks from the roof but I was looking around up there today and seeing all of the "caulking" around the A/C, etc. and the flat roof sheet cover. I'm wondering if it's ever recommended to apply any kind of spray coating to the roofs of these campers.

Thanks for any advice.
