If your TT is still under warranty and are experiencing moisture/water intrusion (and/or a damaged seal), IMO take it to your dealer. This way you have the issue document within the Jayco Warranty Service system (get copies of all warranty service documentation).
Compromised slide wiper seals (side or top seals) can under certain conditions allow water into the TT. You can use a garden hose and spray around all the seals and check for any visible issues (w/slide opened & closed)..
Also, if the slide isn't adjusted correctly this could effect how the slide's facia frame contacts an associated seal.
