Rugergirl 88

We just purchased a 2021 Jayco jay feather and cannot get the radio to work.. it comes on but has no sound through the speakers.. wiring looks ok.. any ideas would be grateful

Like stated above, check the speaker buttons. They could be marked Zone or A, B, C.

One will be inside speakers, another will be outside speakers.

I'm curious if you found a solution. I am in the exact same boat and just came to ask this question. I picked up my brand new 183RB last weekend. The sound system comes on, but I have nothing at all through the speakers.

Miswired stereo connections

I had no sound, mine came from the factory with 2 wires plugged in wrong.
Pull your stereo unit out and check that the wires are plugged into the proper connector on the back of the unit.
Hardest part was trying to figure out how to get it out, there were 2 caps on each side that had to be popped off to find the mounting screws.
