RV Covers Yes or No?
I have heard multiple opinions about using RV covers. If you talk to one dealer they say yes, then the next says no, it will damage your paint. What has been your experience? Do you recommend using a cover?

Our cover is holding-up beautifully ... probably because it is still in the unopened box. We use the TT so frequently that we just haven't spent the time/effort to cover it.  Thankfully we (or the storage lot) don't experience weather extremes (never too hot, too cold, too windy/gritty, nor nasty storms).

I used one on a pop-up once. Well before the winter was over a bad storm tore it to shreds. Never had another one since. Our last trailer we had for 10 years and the only ill effect was faded decals and oxidized surface on the ends. The sides looked like new.
I do use an AC cover and tire covers, the later mostly to protect the steel wheels and prevent rust.

I have used ADCO covers for many years. My RV is covered about 6 months of the year here in the rainy PNW. I find they rot out after 3 years, so it costs me about $17/month of use. My finish has never suffered and looks better, in my opinion, than an RV left exposed over the winter.

I second that post. Living in NW Montana we have real winters. I have covered my RVs since I started in 1995. Never had a problem with damage to the RV from the cover and my belief is that it will help extend the life of the roof and all things attached to it. We have a fairly dry climate here so a cover is good for 7 to 10 years.

I purchased and ADCO cover and it installed wonderfully with a great fit. In NW Wisconsin want extra protection (IMO). Cover is very soft and again fits so there is no slack to rub. Also looks great on TT.

Good information, thank you. I am trying to decide:
1. Pay 300.00 for inside storage until mid April or
2. Pay 247.00 for a cover and leave it out for the winter (I live in Indiana)
ADCO has the designer Series Gray SFS AquaShed on Amazon for $247.00 (31'7" to 34')

The local fairgrounds offer inside storage during the winters. It is a good deal for sure. I think I will buy a cover next spring when I pull it out of storage.

Got mine covered, but our winters are normally worse than this year. It's 50F outside today.Normally we would be well on our way to -#'s, especially mid December. Other than to keep snow, leaves and Bird crap off it, The sun is brutal on rubber/plastics etc so I prefer to cover it. Especially since it is stored behind my home so I can access it all winter long to check on things. This is my second year covered and the ADCO product still looks new to me.

I'm not far from you and we keep our trailer covered in winter. Never had a problem and looks good in the spring. Just pad all sharp edges.

We are on our 2nd Jayco. We are in Pennsylvania. Our trailer is parked in our driveway from Middle of November to March. We use the ADCO covers and our trailer looks great. We got a better resale value for our 1st trailer because the finish, roof and all attachments are in better condition. Well worth the $247.00 I paid.
YES, definitely worth it!
