RV Express??

I have been reading a lot here regarding RV Direct and RV One but have not seen anything regarding RV Express out of Indiana.

They work like RV Direct and have really good prices on custom orders.

Any thoughts, information or experiences?

I priced them along with RV Direct. They were $1600 more even with having to pay shipping to Orlando.
Orlando is a little closer for us and an easier drive, so the decision was made.

They matched the price from RV Direct. The customer service is only acceptable.

I priced them when I was ordering this past April. They were more than RVDirect/RVOne.

But if you get a good price go with them. I'm pretty sure others on here have bought through them...

We've bought 2 new ones through RVOne out of Des Moines, and bought our last unit through RVExpress. Experience was pretty much the same between both so my suggestion is go with whoever is cheaper.
Funny story is we went with RVExpress on our current 2014 375BHFS because they offererd us more on a trade for our 2013 365BHS than RV1 did. We purchased the 365 direct from RV1 11 months earlier.

For those who have responded and purchased from either RV Express or RV Direct/One have you had any issues regarding warranty service locally?

Neither of our 2 Jayco campers have needed warranty work... Our current camper is less than 4 months old but seems solid. Our first Jayco was sold to a family member and is going on 3 years old (out of warranty) but hasn't needed anything...

Only one local Jayco dealer in MD near me. They have three dealerships in MD total. Wouldn't buy from them or let them service anything own. So even if I needed warranty work I'd gladly drive further...

Even if other owners have a local Jayco dealer who will work on their RV purchased elsewhere, that may not be the case for your local dealer. You might want to speak with them about that. Even if they will work on it, I suspect you'd be in line after all the units that they sold.

We purchased our 2013 284BHS through RV Express (Located in California) and got the best deal out of 7 local/non-local dealers (prices were not even close). We also went to Indiana, dropped off our TrailManor at the house of the person that bought it... (on the way to Indiana). Drove back to the CG where we have seasonal spot (GA Mountains). Saved $1900 picking it up... fun trip

As for warranty work... Not a single problem with getting a few things done.
1 - replaced fresh water tank drain, hot cold line drains, all were defective drip... drip... drip
2 - Dark cap was starting to oxidize, contacted Jayco, took it to a Jayco recommended Jayco Dealer/Service center and they sanded the Dark Gel down to the fiberglass and painted it the same LIGHT color as the side.
3 - Replaced slide out window that was defective (leaked in rain storms) Jayco sent out a repair person (politically correct) and changed it out.
4 - Shade broke, Jayco sent out a repair person to change it out.

All the repairs were done by Jayco recommended services. The repairs were done fast and correctly.

No charge to us at all...

Would we do it again? ABSOLUTLY!!! Will do it the same way when we order our 5er in the next few years. After a few research calls DW made, RV Express is still the way to go... price wise.

Don

Has anyone purchased recently from RV Express? I’m in the process of getting quotes and they are far cheaper than anything local and even have RV Direct/One beat. I know this thread is a few years old but I haven’t seen much on this dealer recently.
