RV temp monitor/notification advice needed.

Looking for a device that will run on battery back up if power goes out & will notify me on I-phone what the RV temperature is inside. Looking to leave dog inside during some day trips & would like to know she is at least in a cool environment when gone. I saw this but I have T- Mobile.

The device itself runs on Verizon's Network it will send a text or notification to whatever phone/tablet you have the Waggle app on. You still have to pay a monthly subscription when you download the app.
