Sanitizing and a Tankless Heater

In my old rig, I would sanitize my lines with bleach water mixture with the hot water heater bypassed. My 2023 has a tankless - and no bypass. Iíve always been told bleach and water heaters are a no-no.

The owners manual says to bypass due to rv antifreeze - but also mentions that tankless models do not require installation of a bypass. Suburban manual doesnít say anything about sanitizing and says Rv antifreeze is ok. The dealer also told me that it was winterized with antifreeze and no bypass.

Any help from other tankless users?

Thanks in advance!!
