Seals on Frameless Windows

We have owned our trailer for a few months now and this past weekend, my daughter noticed that the window by her bunk was leaking water from the rain outside. Further investigation, I found the seal that goes between the window frame and glass to be separated. The glue strip gave way. It looks like it was over stretched during the installation as it is tight without much give. I have attached some pics. I attempted to use some weatherstrip glue that I have from a vehicle restoration but it will not hold. Does any one know the source to get a replacement for this foam rubber seal. I know I can take it back to the dealer since the trailer is only a few months old but this is an easy fix. I would prefer to do it myself and know it was done right.

I'd take it to the dealer, those windows cost you a good amount so have it done. Stand there and watch them do the work if you can.
