Second A/C to 2021 Jay Feather 24BH

Hey! The misses and I are considering adding a second air conditioner to our 2021 Jay Feather 24BH. We had it ordered with second A/C prep. I recently pulled down a portion of the interior roof and fan in the master bedroom and confirmed the wiring and duct work is in place.

The rub is determining what make and model will fit. Does anybody have an idea on how to measure or what to look for in a second air conditioner that will fit the space?

If I get the smaller (13,500 BTU) version of what we currently have (15,000 BTU), then I think this is the setup:

I went with the ducted unit as we have the duct assembly capped off and connection ready.

Looks like the only thing I would need to run is a control wire to connect the unit with Jay Command/BMPro as a second AC unit.

Anybody want to check my math?
