Second Season, 1st outing w our 267BHSW
So, we're new campers, a handful of outings our first season (last year).
This year, I was concerned with what might or might not work, or what I would or would not remember about towing, connecting TT to TV and the like.
So last weekend we headed up to Amish country in Lancaster, PA ans stayed at a small campground there.
I dewinterized the trailer in an hour. Why did it seem to take so long last year? Towing was easy and we arrived and checked in without issue.
Hooked up, set up in an hour or so and we were in. Grilled burgers Friday night, and shish kabob Saturday night.
Our only issue? The LED light above the sink seems to overheat and shut off. I'm not sure if it's worth dragging the trailer to the dealer for one small issue during the season. Maybe after last campout of the season.
I just wanted to say that not all Jaycos are POSs, falling apart. Ours is not perfect, but we really enjoy our weekends camping. My wife likes to say, life is simpler in the little house
