Second trip down on new 2016 Eagle 284bhbe

Just finished up our second trip in the new Eagle 284bhbe and have to say that the family and I are really happy with it. We upgraded from an x23b hybrid and the change is noticable in comfort and road-readiness.

The current issues:
  • Water pump vibrates the wall when close to pressure
  • The front hitch hook up lights don't work (Guessing it's the switch in the front storage area)
  • Using the deep storage space needs some work

That being said, that's not a bad list for a new trailer. The two current trips have been to local county parks and I can't wait to do some longer road runs with it. We'll head up to Northern Michigan for the 4th and off to Niagara and Charlottesville VA before school starts back up this fall.

I've posted a walkthrough video here:
" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350">

And some pictures of the rig/setup

Also posted my recorded dealer walkthrough for anyone who's really really bored. Long video with lots of folks figuring stuff out.

Thanks for sharing your vid, I watched both, lol. I am also looking into buying this same model. We also had a 08 23b hybrid, had it for 2 years and loved it. Just needed something a little bigger for our family outings. Congrats on your awesome trailer, enjoy.
