Securing Chairs

Hey guys first time posting here. I recently purchased a 2007 Jay Flight 28rls and we are heading out on our first trip this weekend. I'm not sure how to secure the chairs. There are loops under the each chair but I cannot find anything on the floor to secure them to. I am thinking of turning them upside down on the sofa and using a strap to secure them but just want to see if there is something that I am missing.

There should be a strap, secured to the floor and a strap secured to the chair. These straps attach via a clip, securing the chairs in place.

Thanks Mac. I saw the straps on the chairs but nothing on the floor. I'm going to go check it out today and see if I missed something.
