Not sure what to do? Do I scrap the battery s d buy a new one or where can I bring it to get properly charged and tested? These things aren't cheap.

if you get one don't get a deep cycle or at least I wouldn't ... I would go with a dual purpose if anything because deep cycle is more expensive and being charged all the time you really don't need one

Can you point me where to find one online? Is it still 12v?

I always check prices at auto stores and walmart to find the best deal on similar battery.. same size and group on each and same cold cranking amps and amp hour rating ... a dual purpose can be charged more regularly like the one in your car ... as soon as it starts it is charging.... a deep cycle is meant to be used like for boondocking where it will be discharged for quite a while and then slow charged back up ... I ruined a deep cycle using it as a starting battery on my boat one time because it was charging it all the time

Probable the best is gone from the battery, just keep it on the trickle charger for awhile.
When it is in your Jay Feather keep it plugged in at home. It might still work for you this year. Plan for replacement next year.

Lukenick's plan is to get this thread to 20 pages.

Checked on battery this morning and the charger has advanced from "charging" to "charged". Hopefully that it a good thing. I will leave it on there until I pick up the TT and hope it works. Is it possible the power jack will run it right down?
