Shopping for cover

Looking at the ADCO Tyvek RV Roof Cover for my Jayco 23RL. I am mostly concerned about protecting the roof from UV, and from potential water leaks at the seams.

Does anyone have any experience with this particular cover?

Thanks.

I've used an ADCO All Climate Wind Designer-series Tyvek cover for the last three winters and it's been holding up fairly well. I expect to get several more winters out of it. You do need to make sure and blunt any sharp items such as the rain gutters and keep it snug to avoid excessive movement when it's windy.

I have a ADCO designer Series for mine and have used it the last couple years, it has worked awesome for me. I originally bought a ADCO Tyvek one and used it for 4 years but it was not made for 4 season use. A windstorm destroyed it finally. The Designer one is made for 4 season and has built in wind vents.

I’ve used two ADCO Tyvek covers in the past - both were destroyed in a little over a year due to the sun and wind here. I’m not saying it’s a bad product, but methinks it’s where you’re going to use it. BTW, after the first one shredded, ADCO did give me a second one for free.

I bought an Elements cover(https://www.campingworld.com/element...trailer-201-22) last fall primarily to protect from our blazing summer sun. I was impressed with the quality and during a couple of months of 100-113 degree heat, it still looks brand new. I’m hoping to use it this winter when we aren’t traveling.

I had an ADCO cover for my prior travel trailer and we got 5 seasons out of it before it began to tear and break apart (Northeast U.S.). We just purchased another for our new TT and I'll feel fortunate if we can get 4 or 5 years out of this one.

Can't comment on your cover but I will say that I am very impressed with ADCO customer service. Since we purchased our first cover, every time we've had any issues ADCO has always provided superior customer service. Very unusual today.
