Shore power issues

I have a 2014 32TSBH JAYFLIGHT and I'm plugged in on shore power but everything seems to be running on the battery. My lights are dim and my battery is only showing 10 volts.

Couple things to check. First do you have an AC or a microwave? If so, do they work? If not your main power feed is interrupted.

Have you checked your circuit breakers? Both inside the TT and the electrical service to the TT. If you are at a CG, it is common for the shore power post circuit breaker to be turned off. I always flip it off before connecting and disconnecting my cord. It could also be tripped. If you are at home check your home circuit breakers. If the TT is connected to an outlet for example in the garage, verify that the GFI is not tripped.

Check the CG post and reset the breaker.

As Jagiven suggested, make sure your trailer is getting shore power. Make sure there are no tripped breakers---especially the breaker for the converter.

If you are getting shore power to other 120 vac appliances in your trailer and the converter's breaker is not tripped, then it's possible your converter may not be operating properly.

When you're connected to shore power, the converter should be supplying 12 vdc to your trailer---even if the battery is completely discharged. If you're not on shore power (and/or the converter is off or inop) then the battery is the only source of 12 vdc for your trailer.

Remove the 12 volt wires from the converter and test the studs on the converter with a multi-meter. Be sure you have 110 volt going into the converter.
What make converter is in it?

The converter is behind or under the place where the fuses and circuit-breakers are.
If you are not familiar with electrical trouble shooting, my recommendation is to get help from a professional or someone who does.

I'm familiar with electrical troubleshooting, I just wanted to make sure where it was before I started taking stuff apart. I would rather not take a bunch of stuff apart if not necessary. I will put my voltmeter on it and see what it reads.
