Shower Door Rollers

I have a 2019 Jayco 28BHS and after our last trip noticed the sliding glass doors were sticking. After I looked a little closer I noticed some of the screws for the rollers were backing out causing the doors to stick. Warranty ended in August and service is telling me they'll have to replace the entire assy. Anyone else run into this issue? I'm going to try and fix it myself first because I don't think you should have to replace the entire shower door assy for a loose roller screw and I'm definitely not paying them to do that if they aren't going to cover it under warranty.

I have the same problem. Noticed some BB's on the floor of the shower, was like 'what the heck?' Then realized the bearings fell apart on my shower doors. I have a Jayco Whitehawk 32BHS. Did you ever find the correct ones? I bet they are the same.

If it’s like mine it’s from Shower Door Enclosures. Call them at (800) 536-7324. They can help you.

I ended up going out to the storage unit, took the bad piece out and turned out to be this:

Thanks. Given the price, I will most likely buy these to install as a preemptive strike so I don't have to worry about the originals failing.
