Sidewall AC drain pictures or mods?

I have the 195rb with the sidewall AC. I have not had problems so far but want to take off the outside trim and make sure the drain is positively connected to the outside. I might try to add a hose through the outside trim or something.

Anyone have pictures or experience of taking off the trim and making sure the drain is properly set up. The last thing I want is water inside the wall or inside the camper!
