simmons queen mattress

Hello All: I am a former 5th owner(Sunnybrook) and have just purchased a 2019 26BH travel trailer. I am trying to determine the actual size of the queen mattress in my trailer (which I will take delivery on in 3 weeks) so I can buy some sheets. Does anone know: is it a "short" queen for a regular queen? There is a 5" difference in the length that could impact sheet size. Thanking you all in advance. My wife (passed away 9/23/2018) had 10 wonderful years in our fiver and I am looking for 10 more in my Jayco.

Welcome to JOF. I recognized your user id from the old sb forum.

We are glad to have you over here and I am sure someone with that rig can give you the information you requested.

Another resource is to use our google custom search link: enter queen mattress and there are a good many threads on it also.

My personal experience when we had a queen bed was that special sized sheets were not necessary.

We bought the same ones we had at home on our queen, at the time, and the fitted sheet worked just fine. The top sheet could be tucked in if to long.

Someone will be giving you some actual measurements soon as soon as the football games are over?
