Slide Alignment

So I have a 2004 Jayco Jayflight 31BHS. We bought the trailer used a year ago and did not notice any issues. This year i notice that the front top corner of the slide did not fully seal against the trailer when extended. It may have been fine and that is why we did not notice it. It is only the front top corner. The rear as well as the bottom of the front seat just fine and it's only when it's open when the slide is closed it's fine no issue sealing. I tried calling Dexter who bought the company that made the slide as well as Jayco and all they suggested was the slide not being in sync. I have not had a chance to look at that yet but thought I would post on here and see what others may think it could be.

The sync condition is with schwintec slides. I don't think they were in use in 2004 yet.

Most slides in Jayco's are made by LCI, Lippert. Here is the seb site with all their products: https://www.lci1.com/capabilities/

Click on the RV section and scroll down to the slideouts. Yours should be listed.
