Rdogg,

Welcome to JOF

Since it's brand new, and with the symptoms you described, IMO it would be best to contact your dealer and setup an appointment for a Warranty Service Repair.

Best to have a paper trial in the Jayco system when experiencing new slide issues.

If it is rack and pinion style there is a way to adjust the height. I would check out some u tube videos. Or like what was already said take it back in for warranty.

I would confirm with your RV dealer on Monday the slide manufacture & style of slide you have for future reference. If it's confirmed you have a Lippert "Through-Frame" style slide, then the following Lippert (LCI) link may be helpful in the future for 'minor' adjustments:

https://lci-support-doc.s3.amazonaws...cd_0001612.pdf

Also, while at your RV dealer have the tech show you the location of the access panel for the slide motor. If there isn't an access panel, then have them put one in...., most Jayco TT's (w/Lippert Through-Frame slide) come from the factory with one.
