Slide out

I am sure someone has probably posted about this issue before, but I have a 1999 Jayco camper with a slide out. Went out to clean up and stock the camper for our first trip this year. Went to slide out the slide out so my big butt could clean up and only one side of the slide out was moving. I immediately slid it back in and waited for the hubby to get home. After he got home we went out and the same thing. The end the couch is on would slide but the end where the booth is wasn't moving, well the bottom corner seemed like it wanted to slide but was hung up almost. We had some lubricant for the metal mechanisms of the slide so we sprayed them, and we had some for the rubber that goes around the slide and we sprayed that too, again one end didn't want to slide. We tried to manually slide it out and couldn't get it that way either. The motor is working, you can hear it. But now neither end wants to move. Any ideas? We have reservations this Friday to camp.

Under the slide there’s a rod that runs between the motor and a gear on both side. Check to see if you sheared the shear pins. Good chance they just used a bolt for the shear pins.
