Slide out help

I have purchased a 2005 Jayco Eagle 298 BHS. The underside is enclosed. Is there a manual slide out operator and where do I look for it? I can find no access holes or openings underneath. I am concerned about not being able to retract slide when away from home.

I just purchased a 2003 Eagle 266. I asked this question when they did the demo. It is exposed on mine. Try looking underneath where the slide motor is. It is only a hex bolt on the end that you can attach a drill or hand crank. My stabilizer crank fits the bolt but the handle is too long. I think a drill would work best.

I have a 2010 Jayco and the manual crank is behind the cardboard underbelly. you will probably have to remove that to see it.. mine is on the opposite side of the trailer as the slide. It is the full width of the trailer so mine is not under the slide but on the other side of the trailer.
