Slide out question

I noticed on our camper when the slide if fully retracted on the outside one side seems to be retracted more than other side.
So if looking at the camper the side closes to the front of camper is tight against camper. The side towards the rear of camper you can easily touch rubber seal as it is not closed as tight as the front.
Husband thinks they used two different seals by design.

X2 on my 28BHBE. Taking it to get looked at tomorrow.
Mine are tighter in the back and a little more space in three front. Just the opposite of yours.

Same here when ours was new. Small adjustment of can stop on front rail or the 2 bolts on each end of rails that adjust the slide box. No big deal.

Spoke with Michelle at Jayco Customer Service and she said they are slightly mis-aligned and should be adjusted. Camping World is 8 minutes away from me and they are a StarCraft Dealer. My Jayco dealer is a hour drive away. I told Michelle I was taking it to Camping World to get look at and would she approve them making the adjustments as a warranty fix. Michelle stated that if they are a StarCraft dealer and they want to do the work as a Jayco warranty, that will be fine with her.
We will see w3hat camping World says.........

Thanks for the update.

We bought our camper from small dealership 700 miles from us. General RV has been great about making warranty repairs for us. So hopefully you will have no problems.

Glad to know it's a simple adjustment. Ours will get done next week.

Just back from taking the trailer to Camping World to have the slide looked at. They said as long as the slide is up against the rubber seal, you are OK. He said they will also be slightly crooked1/8 to 1/4 inch because of all the area that is being moved. He did adjust the cam stop nut a couple turns and it did pull the front a little tighter. Took 5 minutes. Didn't charge me anything. Nor will they submit it as a warranty. The tech adjusted it, and said have a nice day!
