slide problem

I have 29n 2005 jayco lite with slide. When opening the slide, it goes out about 2 inches then the right side goes down grabbinf the tile and pulls the cabinet apart. Are there adjustments for the slide, etc?

Oh, Lordy! We've got two slides, our first ones, and this kind of thing is not comfortable to read about. Please let us know what you/dealer do.

Excuse me now, I have to go shoot myself. Well, if we have a problem I'll have the fix and Tony's number thanks to you. If it was a common problem I'll just hope they had it fixed by 2011 rollout. If you could, please tell me when the problems started, right away, or after a bit of usage. Thanks.

Now I'm a little confused..., but heck, that seems to happen more often lately anyway

To the OP: A little late, but yes, there are adjustments for the slides. If I recall the 29N has a smaller slide that doesn't extend out as far as most do. Isn't this also the model that also uses a slide locking feature while the TT is in tow?
