Slide roof holding water

We purchased a 267BHS in October of 2012. In preparation for a trip I decided to give it a bath. I also washed the slide roof. I noticed water pooling in the center of the slide roof. Now we traded up from a 1007 pup, so I am new to slide outs, but that just doesn't seem right. Should I call tge dealer to have it checked while under warranty, or is it "normal"?

Our 267bhs 2013 has an arch in the roof. Hubby also said if your level , water runs off. No problems here. You can squeegy the water off or hope the slide rubber seals get the water off when you slide it in.

Slide roof holding water

Like your's, our's also held water (which we didn't know at the time).
The water found it's way inside our trailer. We fixed this with a slide topper, no way was I to go up a ladder and wipe or squeegy the slide roof. Not only water sits up there, but branches, leaves, pine needles etc.

Had water pool on the slide on our trip last weekend, I went on the roof and squeegied the water off, along with the branches, leaves, etc. Dealer did say water may come in with the slide, recommended just to wipe it up after the slide is in, however I don't mind going on the roof. I also have an extension pole for the squeegy, use on the awnings clean them of debris before rolling them in.
