Slide Sealing

First time resealing my trailer, 2016 27BHS. I attached a couple photos of my slide. I had a problem with the factory tape they had along the edge which was black, took to dealer and it looks like they put eternabond tape on it. Fast forward to 3 years later and I can’t tell if they put some caulk up against the edge of the slide frame where it meets the wall or if it was marks from the old tape? I’m wondering if water can get in that small section and if I should run a section of eternabond and run it up halfway from the roof of slide up over the gap to almost the top of the frame of slide. Probably doesn’t make sense but hopefully you can see what I mean from the pics.

Last question is how long do I have to wait to put eternabond over dicor? I sealed some spots on the roof seams yesterday and I want to run eternabond over top of it now. Thanks and happy camping this spring!

IMO run a bead of Dicor along the edge of the Eternabond and the slide flange in lieu of additional Eternabond.

I would wait a week until the Dicor has set-up, that way the Eternabond adhesive will have a chance to adhere to the Dicor, and the Dicor doesn't get compromised when 'rolling' the sealer tape.
