Sliding windows not locking

The sliding windows on my jay Flight are not locking in place and are opening while towing. Does anyone know how to adjust them ?

Is the clip engaging when shut? Sometimes you just need to push on the clip once slid shut.

The pins are not engaging no matter how hard I push. Hoping there is an adjustment I can do and avoid a trip back to the dealership

Make sure the screen is engaging with the clip/channel as it closes. Hard to explain but if the screen misses the clip it won't shut completely and neither will the glass.
Also try pulling out on the latch just before the window closes and then push window shut.

Believe it or not, I find they lock easier on our TT by sliding them from outside the TT

Recently developed a similar issue on 1 of my windows. I went outside and had someone inside close it while I guided it by hand. Issue turned out to be in the outside very corner the black window rubber trim was curling into the track & preventing the window from seating properly & ultimately locking.

My 2017 Jay Feather has 3 sliding windows that don’t close far enough to latch unless someone holds the outside rubber seal out of the track while someone pushes the window closed from the inside. Then they can slide about 3/8” more and latch. The corners are the worst area where the seal interferes. Has someone found a fix?
