Slx 154bh dellcool refrigerator

Hey, everyone, this is my first post, but I've been lurking. I can't find anything in regards to my issue so looking for advice.

I just bought a new 154bh and it has been great. I took it out on a trip last month and everything worked perfectly. I got home and plugged it in to 110 with an adapter at my house and the refrigerator will not cool. I tried battery, electric, and gas and it won't cool. The flame will light and the line goes to the green, but it doesn't cool.

I checked the fuses and breakers and everything is good. The light in the refrigerator comes on, but it just won't cool.

I'm leaving on a cross country trip in two days so I'm not going to take it to dealer until I get back, but I'm hoping there's some simple fix that I might be missing since it worked on my last trip a few weeks ago.

It is still under warranty, but I've heard the warranty people can be very hard to deal with so hoping I can figure it out.

Thanks for any help.

The fridge has to be level to work and a rough road can also cause it to not work for a while. Try it again after it settles.

I have found my dealership really good for taking care of warranty issues. I would call them and explain the urgency of the problem before going cross country without a working fridge in a new trailer.

How long did you leave it run? It may take 24 hours to cool down.

Doesn't cool how? Is the freezer cool and the fridge is not. Is there no cooling at all. Do you have temp gauges in to see what it is doing.

Please read the other thread "Refrigerator Question" which is also listed in the current threads. Is this your problem?

I don't know what you have going on, but the Delcool USA distributor is incredible. Some of the best response times and customer service I have ever gotten from any company. For real. BUT, you probably have a warranty issue, if anything is wrong. Most likely have to go through a jayco dealer
