Snow/Sleet on top of covered TT....Remove it??

We got that little ice/snow storm through central NC. My TT is covered, but should I knock the sleet pack/snow off the top?

Its snow on top of a 2 inches of sleet/ice sheet.

Don't want to damage trailer or my cover.

Nope, leave it. You'll do damage. It will melt. I do recommend having the nose a bit high or low to encourage the melt to flow off faster.

I would let the sun do its work the next couple of days and let it melt off.

Last winter i purchased one of those snow rakes with the extending handle, the ones you use to take snow off the roof of your house ..... and when we did get snow of any significance, i used it to take the snow off the trailer, and my trailer was covered. It worked great, did 0 damage to the cover or the trailer. This year i am not covering, but the rake is standing by!

I have a roof rake for the house. I would not think of using it on my camper. I can imagine a corner of the rake tearing a nice hole in my rubber roof. When I will use the camper again, snow and ice will be gone on its own.

Roof rake beware. Especially the metal ones
We've got on for the house(metal roof) but it's plastic
Because it can come down with some force we do not use it in the trailer
Come to Maine. Look at the RV dealers. Nothing is covered. Its likely that if you buy off a lot it's already been snowed on
