That's good to hear they are going to fix it. Sad that the service department was so indifferent to what should be important. Hope they take some some pictures for you before they button it back up. Doesn't give a guy a lot of confidence with their attitude. The guys in the back may have been doing what they were told and had no say in the matter. Now get out there and enjoy that trailer!

I have a similar problem where the insulation was saturated but we are out of warranty by one year so I am looking for help, was your leak fixed from inside the trailer and the underbelly was left untouched by the dealer? We did the same thing your dealer did to allow the water to drain and 3 weeks later-insulation is still wet. I would not accept that. Was your travel under warranty?
