Soft Spots in Floor

Hello from Vancouver BC again. I had posted this in "Welcome Mat" yesterday and then read the intro to newcomers so here it is again.
Just over a year ago we purchased a 2015 Jayco Whitehawk 27DSRL and have had many enjoyable trips with it. The floorplan for the 2 of us on longer trips is great but the floor it's self is not.
What started as a soft spot in the floor in front of the kitchen drawers now appears to be a seam that runs width-wise to the trailer. I can stand with one foot on each side of the seam, shift my weight from left to right and can see the floor move up and down on each side of the seam. If I move 4 feet to the front of the trailer I find another seam, 4 feet forward again and the same result.
Jayco specs indicate that this model has a "5/8 inch thick Tongue & Groove edged plywood floor". This does not seem to be the case with ours as it appears regular square edge plywood was used. I just wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem and how it was resolved.
Thanks.
