It's nice that GMC & Chevy heats their tailgates so your hands don't get cold when their owners have to push them.

Funny considering this thread is about an issue with a Ford.... and the original joke about heated tailgates was about Fords!

Sounds like maybe your trailer breaks were locked up?

Trade that Eco-poop truck in on a real RV pulling truck. We did and could not be happier, we now have a 2020 F-450 4x4 King Ranch with the Godzilla 7.3 engine with 4.30 gears. It will pull anything I want to and do it with little effort and do it in comfort. Problem Solved.....

I think it’s great Ford released the 7.3 gas and GMC released the 6.6 gas for those that tow more but don’t need a diesel and don’t want to compromise with a half ton truck or outdated motors in a 3/4 ton or more. I have read both are great motors...

Danno - I used to drive Chevys, but now drive Fords. Seems that I learned the hard way that GM warranties, especially on replacement new crate engines, are not worth the paper they are printed on. My warranty was refused because I was over 2000 miles away from the dealer, and could not get his "written permission" to install a new engine when the defective warranted engine failed. Therefore, I would not drive a Chevy ever again.
