$50!! That's amazing. I paid $150 locally. The cheapest I've seen online is $120 + shipping.

You can buy the spare tire bumper mount at camping world. Doesn't cost that much. I put one on my back bumper of a unit I had that came with no spare tire.

I bought a tire and rim combo for $80, for a spare. Its a white spoke wheel like the factory wheels are. I kept it in a storage compartment for a while. Then I made a tire carrier mounted on the bumper. It is similar to the one maromeo linked, but mounts on top of the bumper instead of hanging off the back of the bumper.

I noticed some of the cheap prices quoted for wheel and tire.
It would seem to me that these prices would be for "D" or bias ply tires.
Most TT today come with radials. It is recommended that Bias ply and radials not be mixed.
Just my .02

All set for my 500 mile trip next week. Tire rim combo $150 from my local Jayco dealer and the bumper mount was $40 from tractor supply. Now I just need one of those spiffy bluebird tire covers. Thanks for all the advice.

I hope it is the camera angle that makes it look so close to the ground.

It's lower than the bumper but higher than the retracted leveling jacks. I'll let you know when I bottom out.
