Sticky slide

I have a Jayco Eagle 330RSTS and just decided to put the slides out, had this unit delivered to me, and notice the top of the passenger side slide gets jammed and needs to be rocked to go out. The bottom moves fine, I do have toppers and am wondering if the are getting stuck? Once slide is out an inch or so no problems. Thank you

Sounds like the slide is slightly out of adjustment. Is the trailer level? If not that could also cause slide binding.

When you say "jammed" does it actually stop working or does the bottom just come out some before the top starts coming out?

the bottom moves out and the top doesn't move, then suddenly it springs out and you hear a noise like something released, it actually moves top of trailer out

I'm thinking this is a through frame slide-out. If it is here is a manual for it https://www.lci1.com/assets/content/...Out-Manual.pdf

Not sure of type but seems as though the height adjustment is off, if I have someone push button and I pull on top of slide it goes out with no problem. I will check tomorrow
