Sticky Windows

I have a 2011 Jayco Jayflight 26BH that I LOVE!! The past couple years, all of the sliding windows have really been sticking a lot. They are really hard to open. I have cleaned the tracks as well as possible but I am wondering if anyone can recommend a lubricant of some sort to spray/put into the tracks to make opening the windows easier. I am hesitant to try something without some advice. Last time I did that on a different part of the trailer, it got really messy and didn't really work at all. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Spray silicone with the small directed spray nozzle is what I use. Directed at the window grove. It dries quickly and does not attract dirt.

Make sure you get one that is good for rubber because there is some rubber in some of them............. I just use the cheapest thing Walmart sellsl.
