Just thought I'd share our recent warranty experience. We have the Jay Feather X254. The Bunk mattresses were all sagging a bit after only a few trips. Jayco is replacing them all.
Table at our U-dinette got a little busted on the wood top because of the insufficient support bars when folded. Jayco replacing whole table.
There are a few other odds and ends that dealer taking care of as well such as loose molding, awning coming untucked in corner near trailer, and loose particle board that came undone by someone stepping on it thinking it was solid (not best design.) Anyways, dropped off on Tuesday and it's all done with the exception of waiting for new bunks and table.
Does anyone know if it is okay to travel with table on top of rear slide bed when slide is in obviously? It is such a pain to fold and unfold that thing anyways. Found it's easier and gives more floor space if we just flip it upside down on top of bed.
