Surround Sound In A 33RLDS

When I swung out the TV over the fireplace I noticed there is a red, white, and yellow 3 conductor cable plugged into the back of the TV. I followed this cable down and it plugs into the back of the stereo unit. Is it possible that the TV can be configured to play through the ceiling mounted stereo speakers ???

Also noticed that the shelf under the stereo that is intended for a DVD player does not have a hole to thread cabling up to the TV. Jayco thought enough to put an electrical outlet there, but forgot about a method to get cabling up to the TV.

Yes you can play the DVD thru your stereo and send it thru the speakers that way. Also I added a blue ray player underneath the stereo I put a hole in the side of the wall then ran a hdmi and a stereo auxiliary wire thru it to the tv. When I'm running the blue ray I plug in the stereo wire into the tv then the stereo and turn the stereo on auxiliary and the sound can go thru the speakers.

In addition to the above post,if you have your TV on turn on the stereo, then press the speaker A and B buttons. If you have C on then it will also play through the outside speakers as well.

What about a sub? I'd like to add one of those home entertainment systems that has the sub woofer and the small surround sound speakers.

I am a semi-professional recording engineer.

Decent sound in a room the size of a trailer will be a challenge; especially with the unit that comes with the trailer.

A set of good headphones might be the answer here.

If I'm you're neighbor and you are watching a movie late at night with the surround on and the sub-woofer thumping, well, we might have to talk about that!

Roy-- turn on tv. then turn on radio, turn the radio to Aux 1 and the tv will play thru the speakers. If I remember right If you hit the B channel on the radio no speakers will work. Speaker A is speakers inside and Speaker C is for outside.

A is the living area, B is the bedroom, and C is outside.

We Have a 2015 33RLDS. I used a hole saw and made a place for cables for a DVD player & Dish Network Box. I placed them in the upper cabinet. Works well. We used the area under the stereo for a printer.
