Swapping TV & WDH
Swapping from an F150 to an F250 which is much taller TV. Have my WDH just like I like it now. If I set the ball at the same height from the ground should the rest of the WDH and sway bars set up or do I need to start from scratch.
Anyone made this swap?

Haven't done it personally, but since most WDH setups mainly rely on the coupler height to set the ball height, a proper tongue weight to help with sway, and getting the trailer level or slightly nose down I would dare to guess that it would be fine.
The only think I can think of that "might" cause some further adjustments is the stiffer springs in the new TV and no longer transferring enough weight forward. So I would at least double check the wheel well heights before and after hitching up to the new TV just to make sure.
I am sure others will chime in and correct my misconceptions!!!

My neighbor had the Equalizer 4. He traded his Tundra for a Ram 2500 diesel. We wound up turning the hitch over, re-locating the ball height and added washers to transfer weight forward based on a weigh at the scale. Basically started over. We did get it tuned in though and he is happy.

2nOZ looks like we'll have identical rigs once I swap. Was hoping to avoid getting into the whole washer thing again but sounds like unless the wheel well heights remain fairly constant after setting the ball height I'll be back at square one.

I have 20" tires and an off road package on my F250 so I didn't have much sag and I use the Andersen. It took us a couple hours to get his set up which included going to the scale. We weren't sure we really needed to add any washers but wound up putting in one. Really didn't need to do a lot and he and I have no set up experience with the E4. I think you will be pleased with your combination. Once the ball height was set, it was pretty straight forward. Good luck!

I just upgraded from a 150 to a 250 and had to do the complete Equalizer setup process all over again. Everything was different from the ball height to the washers.

Also, I assume that your F150 has a 2" square receiver pin box, I believe the newer F250's have a 2 1/2" square receiver pin box (depending on body style). If you plan to use the OEM supplied 2 1/2" to 2" insert adaptor, you may want to confirm the weight rating of the insert adaptor.

When I went from 1500 to 2500hd I had to lower the shank on one trailer. I didn't have enough adjustment on the other trailer and had to buy a new shank.

Pull out the manual and 'program' the WDH for the new TV as if the WDH were band new.
It might work OK with the new truck (if the hitch height were close). But you will be much happier and much more confident when you KNOW your whole rig is set up properly.

My tongue weight is 950 lbs as weighed so we're very close in tongue weight. I have the 2 1/2 with the OEM adapter and there is quite a bit of play or slop. Not sure how to rectify that.

My F250 came with a permanently installed insert bringing the receiver down to a 2 inch size. I was a bit confused abut it at first as I have always seen the aftermarket hitches with the removable insert.

When I was considering a new 2016 F250 last year I found that a F250 in the "Super Cab" body style (w/6'-6" box) came standard with an OEM receiver with a 2" pin box......, all the other 2016 F250 body styles came standard with a OEM receiver with the 2 1/2" pin box.
Had I gone with the F250 Super Cab I would have replaced the standard OEM 2" receiver with a new OEM 2 1/2" receiver.

I didn't like the slop with my GM OEM insert adaptor (2 1/2" to 2") in my OEM 2 1/2" pin box either, plus using the insert adaptor "derated" my OEM 2 1/2" receiver ratings.
I upgraded my Reese WDH 2" draw bar (shank) to a 2 1/2" draw bar that also accommodated my existing ball mount....., the slop was eliminated and my 2 1/2" OEM receiver ratings were maintained.
2nOZ..., I'm not sure if Anderson WDH has a 2 1/2" draw bar (shank) to change out your present 2" draw bar.
